Supervision & Reflective Practice 

At Kintsugi Psychology, we offer clinical supervision to support mental health professionals in delivering high-quality care and continuously developing their skills. We offer both ad hoc and regular supervision where you can discuss cases, reflect on your practice and explore your work together.

My Approach

I am committed to fostering a therapeutic environment of integrity, safety and compassion. I believe in the strength and value of a person-centered approach where everyone’s unique story is not only heard but understood. I strongly believe in the value of collaborative working and therefore therapy will never be done to you, it will be a journey we take together.

I utilise evidence-based therapy models to understand what has happened to you and address the impact it has had on your view of yourself and the world around you and how this effects your wellbeing. I provide a compassionate approach and aim to empower everyone I work with to foster a compassionate lens towards themselves. I wholeheartedly believe that every individual has the right to reach their full potential, no matter what their previous experiences have been.

I often use metaphors in my work and liken my involvement (regardless of what capacity this is) to standing at the edge of a riverbed with you, with lots of different tools behind us. Together, we will use the tools that best suit your needs, to build the bridge to cross the river safely.
